Mouse Not Working in GTA San Andreas and GTA Vice City - Windows 8.1. Later i upgraded to Windows 10 10240, the game had issues but worked. My final upgrade was WIndows 10 10586, it completely took out my games, few of them got corrupted and many of them stopped working. I decided to downgrade back to 10240.
